We have a history of identifying emerging black talent and then giving them the opportunity to advance through the ranks in their departments. Over the years we have given many black crew their first opportunities to be HOD’s on our productions and we provide mentoring and support to these individuals. We have a proud history of achieving more than 70% black crews on all our productions and more than 90% black HOD’s.
